The food is an integral part of this weeklong experience. We will be joined once again by our private chef Abel and his team, who grow, ferment and prepare the ingredients months and weeks in advance. Everything is local, organic, and sourced from regenerative sources to support as medicine for your whole energy field – body, mind and spirit.

These 2 rooms will be set up with two twin beds and have their own double wide glass door entrances onto a patio with seating. Shares bathroom, kitchen and living room. Two person occupancy per room.

GLAMPING

A beautiful experience of being close to nature, the glamping area includes a luxury hot water outdoor shower and an eco-toilet connected to the 3 tents by a wooden deck. You are also welcome to use the toilet in the house.

There are lights and lanterns in each room for late night strolls, as well as, fans for hot weather.

Anna McColl - Yoga teacher
Anna is a dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher. With 15 years teaching experience, her teaching is nurturing, intuitive and inclusive.

Through felt exploration of asana, creative movement, and somatic awareness, she encourages students to find natural, comfortable, and functional movement patterns in their unique bodies and to re-remember the magnificent nature that is this human body.

Weaving traditional yoga and embodiment practices, free movement, chanting, meditation with personal enquiry, you are invited to feel safe in uncovering a deeper connection to the strength, flexibility, balance, and ease in your own physical body and the deeper, subtle layers that this inevitably uncovers.

Born and raised in London, Anna teaches retreats internationally and privately online and in Ibiza, where she has lived for over a decade.

Krista Middleton - Retreat Producer

Krista is a certified sound therapy and psychedelic facilitator who holds private & small group ceremonies in Amsterdam and facilitates at retreats internationally. She's passionate about making these tools more approachable for improving wellbeing as she believes the more we heal ourselves the better we show up and interact with the world. 

Born in Canada, she's been living abroad for 10 years and is also an experienced producer working across immersive experiences and exhibitions. She'll be joining us as producer on this retreat and will be your main point of contact for all things practical. She’ll also be creating a unique sound therapy offering during our week together and can't wait to connect with you all!
